FORT BRAGG, N.C.-- If you’re married to the Army, then the Army is also married to you. In keeping with that commitment, so to speak, a Fort Bragg Spouse Wellness Conference will be held to help spouses re-energize their fitness, relationships, health and well being

The conference, which will feature workshops in more than 30 wellness areas, takes place Nov. 12, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Family Readiness Group Center and Hercules Fitness Center.
Free childcare provided (must pre-register) to those who have a current Child, Youth and School Services registration.
Registration for the conference is $5, and will close Nov. 6, or when all slots are filled.
Three hundred total slots are available, said Catherine Mansfield, Fort Bragg Army Community Service Volunteer Services Coordinator.
“It’s a good opportunity to start achieving a healthier lifestyle and has everything from fitness to personal wellness,” Mansfield said.
Some of the workshops include information about:
Weight training basics
Finding joy at any age
Healthy cooking/shopping on a budget
Additional registration forms can be downloaded at www.fortbraggmwr.com/acs.
Forms are also available through a Family Support Group or at the ACS office, third floor, Soldier Support Center, or for more information, call 396-8160.
