Col. Ron Stephens, commander of WAMC, said he was pleased to announce that the medical center was found to be compliant with the Joint Commission standards that led to requirements for improvement from the March 2014 survey.
 
 
 
In a large group gathering after the survey outbrief, Stephens and his leadership team met with WAMC staff to thank them for their continued hard work that resulted in the improvement of patient-centered care and safety in support of WAMC’s Vision: One Team - Quality Care - Quality Caring.
The professionals who comprise the Womack team said they are committed to those they serve and consider it an honor and privilege to provide high quality healthcare to America’s finest servicemembers and their Families.
